Haldiram's - Spice Mall Noida's Finest

"There is fundamental problem with their billing. We ordered kachori, chole bhature and bedmi poori. U collect kachori from one corner of big restaurant and rest from another corner far away. No one tells u that kachori are served with chutney like sauce and not allo sabji like it is served everywhere traditionally. For alloo sabji.. U again need to get it billed separately and get it from other corner. By the time u finish this circus, your food is cold in winters!!!! No body tells that allo sabji need to be billed. Separately. Thankfully lady at serving counter understood and served allo sabji which I got billed later. Sweet counter cannot bill for anything except sweets so again u cross over the whole restraunt for small billing where lines are the norm as there are just 3 billing counters.. There too only one or two are manned while third one is just showoff.. Problem is not the billing but lack of clarity for thing which are assumed standard. Hand wash is another thing. For a restaurant with almost capacity for sitting of 50+ people, all they have is a single hand wash wish basin... So lines there too for hand wash.... Menu is another problem. It is a digital menu, scan QR code and order. Problem is there is a internet issue in restraunt. So it becomes a problem to order. Ask for old fashioned menu and that do not exist. Pls nothing can replace old fashioned menus, atleast have pamphlets.. That will save time at billing counter think which is already flowing with customers."
